SPMEDICAL hopes that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may get a  refund, including the return shipping, by returning the product within 10 days following reception.

 

Process

Before returning a product, please call our customer service department to obtain a return authorization. You will receive a return authorization that will include the detailed process to follow.

Returns

No return will be accepted without an authorization number.

Possible reasons for return :

 

  • Damage during transport (must be reported to us at once)
  • Wrong product was shipped
  • Wrong product was ordered
  • Not satisfied with produc

 

 

Terms and conditions 

  • If the wrong product was shipped or if the product is damaged, SPMEDICAL will pay for return shipping fees and no restocking fee will be charged, as long as the return is done within 10 days.
  • A 15% restocking fee is applied on returns for “wrong product ordered” or “not satisfied with product”. Return shipping is paid by the client.
  • No return is accepted more than 45 days after receiving the merchandise, unless the product is defective.
  • SPMEDICAL recommends that you carefully wrap and insure the merchandise before returning it, postage paid, in case the package is lost or damaged. For your own protection, use a carrier who provides proof of delivery. SPMEDICAL is not responsible for losses or damages on merchandise that is returned.
  • All returns must be postage paid (at your own expense), unless otherwise indicated.
  • All unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus return shipping, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Packages refused by the recipient are considered unauthorized returns and are subject to the same charges. Client will be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • SPMEDICAL issues a credit once the merchandise is received and inspected. For a credit to be issued, merchandise must be in its original packaging, with all documentation, warranty cards, instructions and accessories and in re-saleable condition. If merchandise is damaged, scratched or incomplete, credit will not be issued. Initial shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Any product identified as a special order is non returnable.
